Lanying began her career in 1989 and joined Smith & Williamson in 1996. She is a Fellow of the Securities Institute. Lanying looks after private client portfolios, but has a focus on self–invested pension funds. She also runs specialist portfolios resulting from medical negligence and personal injury claims.
