Trevor is a Chartered Tax Adviser and has advised variety of businesses of
all sizes on tax planning for over 15 years. He has lectured on a wide range
of tax topics both in the UK and in the USA.

In addition to general tax planning, Trevor is particularly experienced in
advising SMEs and their owners on acquisitions and disposals, including
management buy outs and buy ins; corporate reorganisations; employee
share incentives and tax efficient exploitation of the intellectual property
of individuals and businesses in the chemicals, technology and media
industries.

Trevor qualified with a large national firm in 1992 and, prior to joining
Smith & Williamson, worked for national firms both in London and the South.
