Allister specialises in business rescue and reconstruction through both formal insolvency procedures and managed restructuring and refinancing. He undertakes work for leading banks, UK and overseas financial institutions, corporates, individuals and professional advisors.

Allister trained at PwC and has also spent 2 years working within the
telecommunications industry. He is a qualified insolvency practitioner and chartered accountant.

Allister is an associate director within the restructuring & recovery department of Smith & Williamson and has worked within Stephen Cork’s team for 5 years.
