Andy Pedrette has advised clients on private company acquisitions and sales, public offers, MBOs, venture capital and debt fundraisings. For quoted companies, he has acted on admissions to the Official List, Class 1 transactions and AIM admissions.

Andy is a classics graduate of Magdalen College, Oxford. He qualified with Arthur Andersen, joined Smith & Williamson Corporate Finance in 1997 and was appointed director in May 2003.
