Nick has specialised in corporate finance since 1987, and whilst maintaining his general client portfolio, has been lead director in many corporate finance assignments.

These include MBOs, venture capital financing, business expansion schemes and offers for sale, and a variety of capital markets transactions including flotations on OFEX, Aim and the official list and assignments under the takeover code.  Recently Nick has spent the majority of his time leading the nominated advisor team on new Aim admissions and advising on the continuing obligations of clients listed on Aim.

He trained as a chartered accountant with the firm and qualified in 1973, and has been a partner since 1977.  Nick is also an experienced expert witness and has presented his evidence in court on numerous occasions.
