Simon has managed a portfolio of clients for eight years, focusing on owner-managed businesses. He has considerable experience of the issues that affect such entities and is able to assist clients to develop their business and meet shareholder/director aspirations, as well as ensuring reporting requirements are met.

He has significant experience in business transactions and corporate restructuring. He writes and develops business plans and will often advise and negotiate with banks and other lenders on financial and non financial covenants. He is also fully conversant with accounting products.

Simon has led a number of teams on financial due diligence projects covering a number of industries. He also does forensic investigation work, which has included business valuations and investigations into business failure.
