Increasingly we are asked to carry out specific assignments to assist our clients, both recurring and non-recurring, on individual transactions.

We can provide access to hundreds of years of combined experience of this type of work, gained not only at Smith & Williamson but also as corporate financiers, finance directors and venture capitalists. Clients include venture capitalists, investment and commercial banks and both quoted and unquoted companies.

Transaction support work can be complex, and often involves the co-ordination of services in a number of disciplines.
